I am finding that life is way too short to be boring or mundane. Change is a fact of life in nature and in humanity. Our bodies change everyday, shedding millions of skin cells, replentishing itself in numerous ways. Physically we are either changing or dying. In fact, one definition of death is a body that has stopped changing. My question is very simple; If it is so natural for our bodies to continually be in the process of changing, why is it so unnatural for our nature to change?

Some people seem to do fine until a curve ball is thrown their way, and then they seem to fall apart. Actually everyone faces change in their lives. At some point, everyone will have a bad reaction to change. The source of most of my headaches is tension. What is tension? A resistance to change. Most of the times that I have come home and announced to all within earshot, "I have had a bad day!" It is usually because of an interruption in my schedule. Things haven't gone my way. Things have not turned out like I have planned.

The truth of the matter is if you really have a relationship with God, things will rarely turn out like YOU planned, but things will always turn out as the Lord has planned them for you. Every second. Every minute. Every hour. Every day. Every week. God has a perfect plan for you.
